We offer pre-foreclosure lists for all counties in Georgia (see list of available counties here), in a variety of formats, with all data up to date, for only $9.95 per month. Data older than 40 days is still available at no charge.

Our data is updated monthly as it becomes available, approximately 4 weeks before the date of auction in the upcoming month.
